Richard I have been an admirer of your work for quite some time and I'm sorry that you have basically left Wincustimze, there lost and our lost as as well. If I understand it correctly your leaving was to do with the star rating on one of your projects. Well all I can do is to say "up yours" to the folks at stardock and again their lost. All the best in your future.

strat4play--Did you try deleting it from start up folder and go to taskbar and look for the widget/gadget under processes and then end process.. After that it shouldn't start anymore..Thanks guys..
I have a little prob. I love all of your skins n stuff, right now i'm using shadow 2, the exe one. I have ticked off to run at startup, it's in my startup folder, but yet I can't figure out a way to stop it from starting twice. Running XP sp2, on a newer hp laptop with centrino duo. Could it be the dual core proc. Any thoughts. Thnx again for all of your cool stuff!

GraveDigger--that's bad but it had to do with a rating after coming back from updating..
It's sad that your ratings haven't been as good as they ought to be (you do terrific work). But I think it's not because your designs aren't good - I suspect it's because of how the ratings icon works. I can't tell you how many times I've gone over to the "download" button and accidentially triggered the ratings icon. And since the first rating on that is a one star rating it's too easy to rate you low by ACCIDENT instead of on purpose. As a matter of fact, I believe that you can't trust the ratings because of this problem.

Frankief--Yeah that's this place for ya, once in awhile you get lucky and they leave them alone but not very often...
"Darkness and Light" 1700 downloads and down to 2 stars, "Color My World", down to two stars. These folks just want to run off all of the talent so they can run the show. Lately 60% of my uploads are going to personal galley only. This really sucks when you put so much time into a piece. It reaaly is discouraging and sad. Your work is fab and I hate to see what is being done to the good artists!

Hi! Thanks for the recent comments on my artwork. I am with you, the ratings here suck. You start out with a decent one, get mucho downloads, just to watch the ratings fall off dramatically. Some folks just don't have anything better to do than dis others work!

PuterDudeJim--Use anything you'd like, the scripts are mainly martin's and sometimes tiggz....Just replace the back with one you've made and adjust all writing and icons as needed..

just visiting you galleries today..and just wanted to request something very bright..ferrari reds,marine blues.glassy,squarish.as sheets of plastic or glass of different colors one on top of the other.refelcting merged colors in the section where one on top of the other and original bright colours where unmerged .hope you like the concept to make.

One comes in at a 5 and then goes to a 3 1/2 and the other goes from 4 to 3 1/2....what's up with this??? CobraKahn--I wish they didn't even have a rating system, things would be so much nicer.(I think most places don't but I could be wrong) I can't count how many times someone has rated something of mine down without ever saying why..I'll look at it and see if my rating will help..Thanks..Just a side note, here I have maybe have 80 to 85 walls with about mnaybe 150 thousand downloads. At this other website http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/artists.php?id=16161 I have 9 walls and about 750 thousand downloads, what a difference..
They just posted my latest SS and it came in at 2 1/2. I used your Eye in the sky wallpaper and don't understand the ratings anymore..sorry to let you down as I even used your Cornered widget. You are right...the rating system is brutal these days. I'll do better next time....I hope.

My latest SS just posted called "Cloudy", which uses your "Up in the Clouds" wallpaper as well as "Baby Blues" and "Concept"...hope you like it. I had fun with this one and think it turned out well.
