CarGuy; My profession has me operating vehicles at a high rate of speed pretty much all the time.. Given your tag I imagine that you have a love for vehicles as well. Here is a challenge: Create a dream of a vehicle (view from inside) traveling at a terribly high rate of speed..
There are some great high quality vids (one in particular showed a Ferrari racing through paris, I can't recall exactly but I'm sure it was a Ferrar, and the video was outstanding)...

more on your themes: ever considered a japanese water feature? the metronomic regularity would mask well a video loop. peaceful too (and kill bill--bitchin, if that is where one wanted to go...)

CarGuy, Microsoft should really be cutting you a paycheck every week because you are pretty much the sole reason why I don't regret buying the Ultimate version of Vista. I recently started using Vista & Dreams. I got a few video codec issues worked out with Stardock tech support. Now my only problem is that everyone's Dreams EXCEPT yours work. For your dreams I get only a black screen. Any ideas? You've got such a large and varied gallery, I'd hate to not be able to use it!

Your work really is absolutely superior to anyone else's, followed closely perhaps by Poubel. However, though your dreams are divinely seamless and well-looped, I fear that you're but a bit too minimalistic in the loops themselves. For instance in your last beach dream, it seemed like the waves were endlessly coming and never ebbed back into the sea, creating a rather unrealistic "wave stasis" sort of dream, rather than something more akin to a real beach. I write now really only to request that you continue your great work, but please, know that sometimes longer really is better... :D

I have to ask this question, first off I love your dreams! But where do you get the videos?
Would love to send you a video clip (2) of Koi fish at feeding time - the video has great clarity...but I can never use it on this site as I do not have the software to complete the transformation process. It would be an awesome dream that I feel many would love, the colors of the fish are bright and vibrant and the day it was shot was perfect.

If you click on one of the screenshots in my gallery, all of the links for the Vista sidebar gadgets I use will be displayed. I used different ones on some of the screenshots so you may need to look at more than one to get get the links for all of the ones you want.
And yes, I am in Charleston, SC.
I really like your desktop, and I know you have probably gotten this a lot, but what gadgets were you using during the shot? They look clean with your background. I also noticed the temperature was from SC..:) Are you down there?

I have spent the better part of the day trying to change the side bar in my Vista Home Premium. I had previously turned it off but recently I have seen some very cool SS from Chasbo and CarGuy with the side bar in use & I liked it. So I decided to play with it on my Laptop.
I downloaded & installed Windows Sidebar Styler & have been attempting to install some apps from Wincustomize Sidebar Gallery...to no avail. I can see them change in the Stylers display window but when I hit the apply button no changes take place. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've followed the steps in Windows Sidebar Theme instructions but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any advice for me except go back to XP...I like Vista when I can figure things out? Thanks for any help you can give.
