Yeah, that's a good idea about a compact start menu. I'll work on one.
QTTabber does open a bit slower sometimes than regular explorer. I've not noticed any other performance issues. I've even had eight tabs open at once and not noticed any lag. I love that program man, makes it so much easier to switch between windows.

OffsetIconByPercentX - Lower than 50 moves left, higher moves right.
OffsetIconByPercentY - Lower than 50 moves up, higher moves down.
You have to be doing this on a tile or on a zoomer with a blank tile in the folder and this in the zoomer ini:
[Tile]
Image = tileblank.png
ResizeIconByPercent = 80
OffsetIconByPercentX = 50
OffsetIconByPercentY = 50
I usually put that near the top above the tags for the zoomer itself.
