Still dont know what the problem was. But I needed to reboot my pc for other reasons and now it works fine.
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. I'll see if I can figure out what it might be. Just strange that it is only those 2 widgets that are doing it.

hey quick question. I just tried to run the Slider-xp widget and Slider-xp widget v2. One and then the other not both at once. Neither of them will run. Everytime i try i get the dxwidget.exe has encoutered a problem and needs to close Error message.
I tried every other widget i have and all of them run fine. I have had each version of this since the day you put them out and never had a problem. I have nothing different than normal running on my pc.
Wasnt sure if maybe anyone else has had this problem.
