Frankief, you do wonderful work and it is original! Like I said, I'm so sorry for my big mouth! Scripts are written to be used, and when you use scripts and flames together you usually can't tell who wrote what! That makes it pretty hard to give everyone credit and hard to remember everyones usernames! All we can do is try to be as honest as we can to give credit where credit is due!

I am truly sorry to hear of your pain. I hope today is a better day for you. I do not, as a general rule, use scripts or flame parameters from others. I prefer to do original stuff with Apo but once in a while you come across something neat you want to try out. I feel that it isn't really original unless it is completely a random flame tweaked by you and you alone. I will try to stick to that rule in the future but I do have some neat renders done with the original Julian script that DJ used to create the one in question. I did see your post in the forums about this and was a bit dismayed feeling I had taken something that wasn't mine and I would prefer to stay above suspicion.

It wasn't just that particular script that I was upset about. It was seeing many of the same script and nobody giving him even a mention for his work. We've all done it, and most of the renders I do, I don't remember where I got the flame or script for. I was just feeling icky that day. I have fibromyalgia and sometimes I just hurt so much that I don't even realize that I've shot off my mouth without thinking!

I used the same script that you did, was I remiss it not referencing that? He developed the script, the render is compliments of whomever uses it, I believe. Correct me if I am wrong. Not trying to steal anyones thunder, it is offered freely, am I not correct?
