I'm trying to get some info & not having much luck. Then I thought maybe you could steer me in the right direction. I am trying to find out how to skin for the Sidebar Styler application which is in the gallery here at WC. I have recently been into sidebars but cannot find many Bars for application so I thought I might try my hand at making some. However,I cannot find any info on the subject. I even emailed the developer. I know you don't use sidebar but being so involved in skinning, I was hoping you could give some direction on where to look. I have tried the Desktop Sidebar program everyone is talking about but it crashes my machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Hey man just wanted to stop by and say thanks again for BlackOps. Showed it to a few guys at work and they definitely liked it. BTW, not a problem, more of a request. When you work on it next is it possible to have a substyle with a smaller start menu? Everything looks good, but on this screen res (1024x768) the start menu is massive. If you don't its no big deal, just thought I'd throw it out there.

Thanks, man!!! it took me a while to figure it out but I basically copied off of your Aero Metal dock then tweaked the numbers to suit me. works great, I used this for a leopard dock, so it looks like the icons are sitting on top of the table instead of being sandwiched down. looks so much better, thanks!!
Hey, Messiah... quick question for ya - how do you set in the ini file to shift the icons up? or can't you do that? for the dock I have now I'd like to shift all of my icons up (without doing the each icon transparency thing in photoshop which'll take forever)

Hey, Messiah, I was just looking through some of your skins, and I noticed the ClearType thing. Yeah, Microsoft has a tuner on their powertoys page http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
If you have an LCD, you can finetune it to make it basically perfect. the default ClearType is kinda blah.
Yeah I know...haven't been on as much lately. Considering my move to the U.K....a lot to do to make that happen.

Thanks for your visit, mate. You know what I don't understand is when a SS is considered "superb" or "awesome" by you and others (Dario and Diafragma)...as in my SS "Lock-n-Load" and"Saber"...my rating stays at 3 stars. I think maybe ratings mean more to us Level 1 guys because moderation is getting tougher and tougher and it's a status thing...don't mean to whine or bitch, as you've been more than fair to me. Just want to share my thoughts with you my friend as I truly respect and admire you and your work.

wow, you have a lot of comments. anyhoo, I got his permission for the Defrag icon, the OD icon, he hasn't gotten back to me yet. I just got rid of that pack anyways, the permission is on his newest dock icon (the 3ds max) and now on my pack of reflective icons.

Just wanted to tell ya that last night I was playing around with the Seginus docks & they are unbelieveable. You are the unquestionably the master of dock design, along with webgizmos. Just wanted to express my admiration.

Haven't really been on much lately...haven't even been working on any docks...got to many health problems going on I gotta sort out before they sort me out. In addition to the nerve damage or whatever the hell it is...I now have 2 aneurysms to deal with and have been going for one test after the other being a guinea pig and pin cushion. More importantly....I hope thing get sorted out with Nathan real soon...its not fair that the little guy has to deal with this crap so young...it just sucks...and I know how you must be feeling watching him go through it. Just hang in there bud and be strong for him....I know you will.
Need your "messianic" advice on my recent SS called "BoXXi Ware"...thought it was a fun shot.....used your docks and tried to integrate all elements into a collage of entertainment. Your new Cygnus series is incredible....can't wait to use them. Thanks!!!!!
